Hi, it's Dr. Kellyann Petrucci of Drkellyann.com, and the New York Times bestselling author of Dr. Kellyann's Bone Broth Diet.
Here I am with Steve Harrison today of the National Publicity Summit, and it was so crazy being here with Steve again when it was not long ago for me at all. That I sat and wondered, is this something that I should do? Is this going to be worth my time? Is this going to be worth my money?
Am I going to get any ROI out of this at all?
Because you know I'm probably like you and have a crazy busy life, I'm a mom, I have a business, I'm a practitioner, I've been practicing as a doctor for 24 years.
How am I going to do this? Is it worth it?
Well, I can only tell you what happened to me and many others.
I remember coming in here and not knowing how to do the TV thing. How do you do the TV thing? But I met one person here that actually booked me on a national show, which many things have happened since then. I'm now regular contributor on the Dr. Oz Show.
I've been on crazy amazing shows like Good Morning America, being interviewed by Robin Roberts.
Having my book being put out on the Times Square scroll out front, all of these crazy amazing things because I didn't have doubt, I didn't have doubt for long.
So if you're like me and you're thinking, am I really going to get a good return on this investment?
Because you know I'm a busy person. I can tell you that you need to move forward, don't feel stuck and don't be stuck. Take action in your life because that's going to start momentum.
So come out, meet some people, meet some entrepreneurs, meet some authors that probably have had the same fears that you may be feeling now.
Look to mentors, look to people who have done it before, put yourself in the hands of people that can actually do something to move you forward, that are decision makers, that can actually book you and start your journey, start your dream really.
